SOIL

Herdade da Capela: poor soils, dominated by limestone, perfect to produce fresh and structured wines.

VINIFICATION

Harvest by hand. Gentle crushing and destemming. Static decanting for 48 hours. Fermentantio in new French oak foudre and second year French oak barrels with controlled temperature, aging on fine lees.

TASTING NOTES

Wine with a clear appearance and a citrus color. Intense citrus aroma with mineral notes refreshing the whole. Well marked acidity but without being exaggerated. A finish with plenty of freshness and persistence.
