50% Trincadeira, 45% Aragonez and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes

Garnet colour. On the nose, the wine shows a fresh red fruit aroma with balsamic and some spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is smooth, with a light aftertaste and notes of wild fruit that confirm the aromatic sensations.

Vinification

Grapes are carefully selected both during the harvest and in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed before crushing. Pelicular maceration over 5 days.
