Tasting Notes
Citrus colour. On the nose, the wine shows an aroma with honey and orange blossom notes. On the palate, it is dominated by its freshness, a rich, unctuous and elegant flavour. The wine reveals the strong mineral character of the region where it is produced. A long finish, harmonious and balanced.
Vinification
Grapes are carefully selected at the harvesting and in the cellar and then vinified separately. The grapes are pressed and lightly crushed. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless tanks. 1/3 of the juice was aged for 3 months in new 225 litres French oak barrels.
