White wine, Antão Vaz and Arinto, Premium Doc Alentejo, 2019
70% Antão Vaz and 30% Arinto.
Citrin colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, the wine shows a complex fruit passion aroma. On the palate it reflects a good structure, freshness and persistence. A very elegant wine with a long finish.
Grapes are carefully selected during the harvest and in the cellar, then vinified separately, delicately crushed, complete destemming. The grapes were lightly crushed, cold maceration period of 6 hours. The grapes were pressed and the must is separated by the decantation technique. The fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 18ºC. The wine was aged on fine lees for 9 month.
